At Burnt, we’re committed to delivering your premium activewear and accessories swiftly and securely. We offer reliable shipping options both locally and internationally.

Free shipping is available on local orders over R1250 (excluding digital items).

Standard: R80 flat rate for orders under R1250.

Express: R120 flat rate (main centres only).

Local (after dispatch):

  • Cape Town: 1–2 business days
  • Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban): 2–3 days
  • Outlying Areas: 3–5 days

Express Shipping:

Orders placed before 11:00am (weekdays) arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International: ±7 business days.

International orders are shipped via DHL.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

If your country isn’t listed, please shop at burnt.co.

Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

You will receive a tracking number via email within 1 business day after placing your order.

Items must be returned within 30 days in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

Approved returns are issued as a store voucher (excluding shipping costs).

Exchanges:

  • 1 free exchange per local order
  • Additional exchanges: R80 shipping fee
  • International exchanges: customer covers shipping & duties

During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday), delays may occur. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.
